Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on iNeedProduction.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  3. The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our site
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification containing:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district
  5. Your signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringers

iNeedProduction will terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
