These Terms of Service govern your use of iNeedProduction.com and the services offered by C&I Studios, Inc. By submitting a project inquiry or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
iNeedProduction provides on-demand video, photo, audio, graphic design, and web production services fulfilled by in-house staff, contracted crew, and AI-assisted production pipelines depending on the service tier selected.
Each project begins with a written scope of work or quote. Production does not begin until both parties have agreed to scope and payment terms in writing.
Revision rounds are specified in your scope of work. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate. Written approval of a final deliverable constitutes acceptance.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership rights to final deliverables unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing at project outset.
You represent that all content and assets you provide are owned by you or properly licensed and do not infringe any third-party rights.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version is effective upon posting.
