These Terms of Service govern your use of iNeedProduction.com and the services offered by C&I Studios, Inc. By submitting a project inquiry, using our services, or submitting any form on this site, you agree to these Terms and consent to being contacted by us regarding your project.
iNeedProduction provides on-demand video, photo, audio, graphic design, and web production services fulfilled by in-house staff, contracted crew, and AI-assisted production pipelines depending on the service tier selected.
Each project begins with a written scope of work or quote. Production does not begin until both parties have agreed to scope and payment terms in writing.
Revision rounds are specified in your scope of work. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate. Written approval of a final deliverable constitutes acceptance.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership rights to final deliverables unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing at project outset.
You represent that all content and assets you provide are owned by you or properly licensed and do not infringe any third-party rights.
By submitting any form on this website, you expressly consent to receive communications from iNeedProduction / C&I Studios, Inc. by email, phone, or other means regarding your project inquiry and related services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications related to an active project.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, illness, government orders, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version is effective upon posting.
